Part of the Brewery Blocks mixed use development, this 12 story residential high-rise complex was completed in 2005. It has approximately 96,000 SF of cladding comprised of thermally broken, double glazed, unitized curtain wall, store front glazing, composite aluminum panels and 1 inch thick prestressed pre-cast concrete panels at the base.

The Facade Group team provided to the architect the following services design assistance, construction document review, sub-contractor shop drawing reviews, field observation of on-site installations and field observation of on-site testing.
