A pair of 50-story towers will house more than 1,200 units, ranging in size from one to four bedrooms. The top four stories of the towers will be comprised of 28 luxury condominiums ranging in size from 4,000 to 10,000 SF. The vision for the new towers was to create a look that was both sleek and glamorous. The cladding plans to use a unitized system with pressure equalized drained joints.

The Facade Group is providing design assistance, documentation production and shop drawing review to the architect and on-site installation observation and on-site testing observation throughout construction.
