This 15 story high-rise condominium complex is located amongst the Brewery Blocks of the Rose City. There is approximately 100,000 SF of external glazing and cladding, which is made up of thermally broken, double glazed, unitized curtain wall, composite aluminum panels and pre-cast concrete panels.

The Facade Group provided design assistance, documentation review and shop drawing review to the architect and on-site installation observation and on-site testing observation through out construction.
