This 11 story high-rise condominium within Portland's Pearl district has approximately 70,000 SF of external glazing and cladding comprising of thermally broken, double-glazed, unitized curtain wall, store front glazing, aluminum paneling and pre-cast concrete panels.

The Facade Group provided design assistance and construction documentation review to the architect and on-going consulting services throughout construction including shop drawing review, on-site installation observation and on-site testing observation.
