A 5-story retail center that is an integral part of a mixed use development that includes a transit center and five residential condominium towers. It has approximately 100,000 square feet of granite cladding, mounted primarily on a reinforced concrete structure.

| Responsibility: |
The staff produced shop drawings for the granite veneer of the Plaza Hollywood shopping complex. The granite veneer is supported on concrete walls and attached with clips. There are also cantilevered planters with granite soffits placed around the complex. We also provided engineering for the stone and stone anchors.
