Project:     A creative arrangement permitted the Washington Mutual Bank and Seattle Art Museum to mutually expand and provide for the future growth of the museum as the 17 story project adjoins the 40 story Washington Mutual Bank tower. The building is wrapped in a united cutainwall incorporating full bright glass and stainless steel panels. The south and west walls incorporate stainless steel Bris Soleil panels that can be moved to change the apperance of the wall.

Responsibility:     The Facade Group worked closely with both architects through the design development and construction document phases. Services also included shop drawing and submittal review, construction observation and field testing. We also contracted to the Seattle Art Museum to review the tenant improvement documents for potential impacts to the unitized curtainwall that might create condensation issues.
