The new headquarters for the nation's sixth-largest bank. It is the biggest addition to the downtown Seattle skyline in more than 15 years. The building is a 40 story tower attached to The Seattle Art Museum. A roof garden is featured on the 17th floor. The Seattle Art Museum will double in size when it moves into the new tower.

The Facade Group worked closely with NBBJ through the design phase, developing detailing to incorporate terra cotta panels into a custom united curtain wall and open jointed hand set terra cotta at grade. A one of a kind entry was developed from stainless steel plates and structurally glazed glass. The Facade Group also provided construction and field test observation services.
