Project:     The new headquarters for the nation's sixth-largest bank. It is the biggest addition to the downtown Seattle skyline in more than 15 years. The building is a 40 story tower attached to The Seattle Art Museum. A roof garden is featured on the 17th floor. The Seattle Art Museum will double in size when it moves into the new tower.

Responsibility:     The Facade Group worked closely with NBBJ through the design phase, developing detailing to incorporate terra cotta panels into a custom united curtain wall and open jointed hand set terra cotta at grade. A one of a kind entry was developed from stainless steel plates and structurally glazed glass. The Facade Group also provided construction and field test observation services.
