| Responsibility: |
Provided consulting services to KPF Architects from design through construction. Our internal design team provided design documents that the specialty sub-contractors used to construct the floating concrete backup walls and the Granite Veneer. We also provided the stone design drawings for the granite veneer and the steel truss support structure for the clubhouse curtain wall. This truss spans 10 meters from the 58th to the 61st floor and resists a 7.2 KPA (150 pound per square foot) wind load. During construction Staff provided drawing review of all exterior elements and field observation of the installation.
