Building Enclosure Consultant
This applicant should possess the following qualifications:
- Collegiate studies in a field related to building enclosure with an emphasis on energy flow analysis.
- Team oriented problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication capacity.
- Knowledge of fundamental modes of air and water infiltration and the means in which to mitigate deficiencies.
- Relevant subcontractor experience a benefit.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a close-knit team environment.
- Five to ten yrs. experience in building design/construction industry.
